"आत्मनॊ मोक्षार्थम् जगद्धिताय च"                                  "For One's own liberation, and for the welfare of the world"

The Absolute — the ultimate underlying causal principle of all being and existence — is the one ever-present reality, conscious and infinite. The creation, in all its forms, is an expression of this spiritual Unity. The Self of every being is identical with this Absolute. The purpose of life is to realize this identity through experience, while remaining engaged in the activities of life, and this realization gives constant peace, poise, happiness, and the ability to share these experiences with others.

To realize the Absolute one may take the path of love,Bhakti Yoga or the path of knowledge,Jnana Yoga or the path of work,Karma Yoga or the path of meditation,Raja yoga or a combination of all.

Meditate and realize that this world is full of the presence of God.- Svetasvatara Upanishad
